Automotive Service Center Manger

• Potential Cash Earnings: $73,436.25
• Salary: $54,990.00
• Bonus Potential: $13,974.47*

What You’ll Do:

• Forecast goals and objectives for the store and motivate the team to meet such goals
• Successfully recruit, hire, and train Service Center team members
• Monitor and control store performance using appropriate reports and tracking systems
• Team development through use of VIOC Learning Management Systems
• Ensure exemplary customer service by managing procedures & processes
• Establish 24-hour follow-up with customer care cases to ensure future satisfaction of company services
• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Uphold the company’s Vision and Values

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Have effective interpersonal, oral communication skills
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
