IT-CSM is on the lookout for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to guide our startup in the accounting industry. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the company’s offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the security of all technology systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions into business processes effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technology leadership role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software development and architecture, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity best practices.
