Sergio Urrutia - General Agent:

• How long with KoC? 22 years.

• Prior Experience? Spent 12 years in Investment Banking in New York City before joining KoC.

• Passionate About? Deeply committed to God and family. Enjoys spending his free time hunting and embracing the outdoors.

• Vision for Growth: Passionately dedicated to transforming the lives of agents and advisors by fostering professional growth while expanding the agency’s impact, ensuring more Catholic families across Illinois achieve financial security and peace of mind.

Assistant General Agent:

• How long with KoC? 12 years.

• Prior Experience? Worked in the mortgage industry before becoming a manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

• Passionate About? Grounded in faith and devoted to his family. He also has a strong passion for volleyball, both playing and following the sport.

• Prior Experience? Worked as an engineer, ran his own business, and built expertise in tax services before joining KoC.

Position Overview: As an Insurance Agent, your role centers on building strong client relationships and understanding their protection goals. You’ll provide personalized advice and craft customized strategies to help members protect what matters most. Additionally, there is a clear growth path from Insurance Agent to Financial Advisor, allowing you to expand your expertise and offer even more comprehensive financial guidance as you advance in your career.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2 or 4 year degree is preferred, but not required.

• Willingness to quickly obtain (or reinstate) state insurance licenses and FINRA certifications.

• To align with the Knights of Columbus charter and IRS nonprofit status, agents/advisors must meet the organization's membership requirements, which are limited to Catholic men as defined by the governing body.*
