Join NYE Staffing at one of the most exclusive music events of the summer — the Palm Tree Music Festival in Southampton. We’re hiring professional, energetic, and polished Event Staff to support VIP bottle service and hospitality for high-profile guests.
This is a fast-paced, all-day event requiring stamina, precision, and top-tier service.
Open Roles
Event Servers (Bussers)
Support bottle service across 90+ VIP tables
Clear glassware, assist with restocking, and maintain table cleanliness
Coordinate with captains and bartenders for smooth guest experience
Remain professional and discreet in high-energy VIP environments
Bartenders
Serve premium cocktails, wine, and champagne
Maintain a clean, organized bar setup
Work closely with barbacks and captains to ensure speed and quality
Must have experience in high-volume, upscale service settings
Ideal Candidates
Prior experience in upscale events, bottle service, clubs, or music festivals preferred
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Well-groomed, energetic, and professional appearance
Comfortable working long shifts in outdoor, high-paced environments
Ability to take direction , work as a team , and stay calm under pressure
