Job Title: Shipper/Receiver & Material Handler

About the Role
We’re hiring a Shipper/Receiver & Material Handler to support our fast-paced production facility. You’ll be responsible for preparing, inspecting, packaging, and shipping products—ensuring orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and care
Review packing slips and ensure shipments match documentation
Operate forklifts to load/unload materials (license required)
Build shipping crates from wood using table saws and pneumatic tools
Deliver components to production on time
Maintain clean, safe storage and work areas (5S standards)
Receive and inspect incoming goods; organize and label accordingly
Complete documentation for incoming/outgoing shipments
Lock facility access doors at shift end
Empty plant scrap bins as needed
Assist with onboarding new team members
What We’re Looking For
Valid forklift license
1–2 years experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work
Comfortable operating hand tools, table saws, and pneumatic tools
Ability to build custom crates for large product shipments
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to lift/move heavy objects safely and efficiently
Good communication skills
Team player with a safety-first attitude
