Human Resources Assistant

Pay Rate: 25.00 per hour

Shift Days (7:30am – 4:30pm, approximately)

Length of assignment 26 weeks +

Mountain VIew, CA - Full time in-office

Targeted start date (next orientation is 6/23)

Qualifications:

Required

• Associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or HR administration.
• Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Experience with ticket systems such as ServiceNow, UKG, etc.
