Business Development Representative

Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team and drive our expansion growth. In this role, you’ll be crucial in our market growth and development of Field Sales Reps as they learn our products and sales process. Your primary focus will be assisting the launch and growth of sales for certain markets including sales reps through outbound phone calls, onboarding, and training of our salesforce.

Location: On-site at RepRally Headquarters in Manhattan, NY**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support market launches and expansion initiatives across assigned territories
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of field sales representatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to align training with overall business strategies and sales targets
  • Manage field sales teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of specific markets, providing feedback to ensure high-performance

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (exceptional entry-level candidates welcomed)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience in training and developing sales teams, with a knack for simply conveying complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and grow small-format, independent business relationships.
