What You Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
10+ years of experience managing architectural projects across all phases
5+ years of leadership experience, including project and staff management
Architectural License (multi-state licensure a plus)
Proven success in commercial and K-12 projects
Advanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of building codes, technical detailing, and documentation
Client-focused with the ability to develop creative solutions and build long-term relationships
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
