Covelo Group is hiring School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–26 school year in Aurora, CO. With the current school year wrapping up, we’re actively scheduling interviews to secure roles for the upcoming year. In this role, you’ll work with K–12 students to deliver assessments, provide therapy, and support IEP development as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

*What You’ll Do:*
* Assess students and develop individualized speech and language therapy plans
* Deliver therapy sessions (individual and small group) aligned with IEP goals
* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
* Travel between school sites may be required

*What You’ll Need:*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility
* CCC-SLP preferred (but not required)
* BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous school-based experience preferred
