ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.
• Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
• Properly reports labor.
• Reads blue prints as necessary.
• Performs structural and sheet metal welding.
• Cuts oxygen acetylene and plasma.
• Performs iron work.
• Reconnects building.
• Performs arc gouging.
• Performs in-process self inspections.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred.
• Read and write English.
• Able to read Tape measure.
• Knowledge of company safety policies.
• 2 yrs. of welding experience REQUIRED.
